  • For those of you who are interested in starting a band...listen to Colander. Commit yourself to thinking about what he says, what it really means and how it applies to everything you'll ever do. This is the best place to start:

"Entrepreneurship is the ability to get things done. That ability involves creativity, vision, willingness to accept risk, and a talent for translating that vision into reality."

  • Hey There...Herf here

So I think the show on Nov. 28th went really well...Did you think so too? I know you were all there cause it was packed! Always awsome to play in front of a packed house.  Thank you so much!

We met with a photographer today to talk about ideas for our next shoot. I'm thinkin' big things and I think we can make them work...so I'm excited for that.

Oh yea...HAPPY TURKEY DAY! (For those who didn't get one of those from me in person.)

Thank you all so much for everything. You really are the best friends anyone could ever hope for.

  • Hey There...Herf here-

So I'm re-reading this book, Einstein's Dreams, by Alan Lightman. It was a book from humanities in high school. Don't know why I choose this one to go back to. It's got some cool ideas and perspective, and you can't expect to write if you don't read. So here I am.

A while ago I said I'd try to find some videos of people our new stuff sounds like...well, the only thing I could really find, well...was us. Check out this video of our new song if you'd like: http://www.youtube.com/breakersbroken

As I haven't really found anyone else, I guess I'll keep giving you examples of people we really like. Here's a bass play that literally frightens me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UXy_l7RZS4

    Take care all,

    -Herf

  • Hey hey...Herf here.

So, they found a human skeleton in a tree in my home town last week. Turns out it was Corey Holmes...that kid who was really good at hide and seek when we were younger. Man...I never thought they'd find that guy.
